I just got some really exciting news and wanted to share it with you.
As President, I shoulder a lot of responsibilities of the family business that my father started many decades ago. And one of those major responsibilities is the happiness of so many great team members who make up the VantagePoint team. I’m extremely honored and humbled to say we have just been named a Top 100 Company by Florida Trend Magazine.
To even be considered for the list, we had to undergo an evaluation of our entire workplace including policies, practices, and satisfaction. One of my VantagePoint team members said, “This is the best job I’ve ever had.” That made me smile.
